BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
As part of its supervisory function, the Board of Commissioners aims to ensure the effective implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within the company.
LIM GUNARDI HARIYANTO
President Commissioner
An Indonesian Citizen, he has served as President Commissioner of the Company since 2015. He completed his education at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.
He currently also acts as Director at PT Harita Jayaraya, the Company’s Main Shareholder.
Prior to that, he served as Commissioner of the Company (2013-2015), Director of the Company (2011-2013), Vice President Director of the Company (2003-2011), Director of the Company (1998-2003), Commissioner of PT Harita Kencana Sekuritas (1999-2018), and Director of PT Harita Kencana Sekuritas (1989-1999).
HENDRA SURYA
Independent Commissioner
An Indonesian Citizen, he has served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2021. He completed his education at Arizona State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Prior to joining the Company, he had extensive experience at Price Waterhouse Coopers Indonesia and PT Mining Resources.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is the heart of the company, fully responsible for managing the company in accordance with its vision and mission. Each member of the Board of Directors is required to carry out decision-making tasks as well as daily duties and responsibilities.
THAM ARVIN SETYANTO
President Director
An Indonesian Citizen, he has served as President Director of the Company since September 30, 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Jayakusuma College of Economics in 2006. In addition, he also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and a Professional Accountant Education certification.
Prior to joining the Company, he gained experience as a Senior Auditor at Morison International, after that he began focusing his career in the sea transportation industry at PT Lima Srikandi Jaya.
POHAN WIJAYA PO
Director
An Indonesian citizen, he has served as Director of the Company since 2021. He completed his education at Trisakti School of Economics.
Currently, he also serves as Director of PT Harmoni Panca Utama. He was previously an Independent Commissioner of the Company for the period 2015-2021, and served as General Manager at PT Harmoni Panca Utama (2011-2018).
