Company Profile

PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (the Company) was established based on Deed of Establishment No. 245 dated April 22, 1981 jo. Deed of Amendment No. 14 dated January 11, 1982, both made before Notary Kartini Muljadi, S.H., which has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. Y.A 5/48/2 dated May 8, 1982, under the name PT Tirta Mahakam Plywood Industry.

In 1999, the Company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the stock code “TIRT”. Thereafter, in 2004, TIRT changed the Company’s name to PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk.

Based on the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association dated September 30, 2025, the Company’s business activities are in the sea transportation industry, specifically for domestic commodity goods.
